In case if you do not use a sync service, Newsflow is running with Standalone RSS (Local RSS engine without syncing abilities), then make sure you have a saved OPML file of your Subscription list that you can import after reset.
If you use a sync service (Feedly, Feedbin, Feed Wrangler, NewsBlur) you'll need to login again with your credentials after the reset.
- Make sure you quit Newsflow
- Open Terminal app (start typing it in Spotlight) and delete container with the following Terminal command (you can copy-paste it):
rm -R ~/Library/Containers/com.rockysandstudio.Newsflow/Data/Library/Application\ Support/
Please note this might take quite a long time to complete, in case if you have a large database, so don't quit terminal before you see the prompt again.
- Delete defaults by running the following command:
defaults delete com.rockysandstudio.Newsflow
- Restart your Mac
- Start Newsflow
